ICYRMA was born in 2018 from the desire of some colleagues connected to the University of Évora (PhD/MA students and researchers) to create a space for discussion about the Middle Ages.

​

In this sense, it is destinated to students at master, doctoral and postdoctoral level and/or to those who have obtained their academic degrees in the past five years. It aims to be an interdisciplinary space for dissemination, discussion and contact among young researchers who study the Middle Ages from various perspectives: history, archaeology, art history, literature, philosophy, philology, anthropology, ethnology, sociology, geography, methodology, among other areas.

We invite all interested parties who meet the above requirements to participate in the event and consequent debate.
